Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public broad access to many court and public records, but Deschutes County record custody is split by office. Circuit Court handles felony, misdemeanor, civil, family, divorce, custody, conviction, and probate case files. The Deschutes County Clerk handles marriage, recording, elections, archive, and county records. The Sheriff's Office manages the jail roster, turn-in instructions, and sheriff records requests. Justice Court and Bend Municipal Court handle many local citation records.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
